Great service, balcony room, 4-course dinners, stellar food, great wines.

Everything was spot on.

The New Year's party was a blast! the decorations were on point and the music was fantastic. They even had a little fireworks show which was an unexpected surprise. the location was also great, just a short drive away from the ski slopes. the hotel offered a shuttle service which was very convenient. the breakfast buffet was also enjoyable with a good variety of options.

The room itself was disappointing. the heater was not working properly and the blankets were not warm enough.

This place exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff here are truly outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. I particularly loved the cozy sitting area and the comfortable terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Located near a beautiful nature reserve, the hotel offers a convenient spot for post-skiing relaxation. the ski storage facilities are ideal for drying wet gear and the sauna is perfect for warming up. the rooms are cramped and outdated with tiny bathrooms that will leave you contorting to shower. the service is mediocre and depending on the owners' mood, they may not even accept payment by card. the breakfast offers a limited selection and the furniture lacks comfort, making the room feel impersonal. Unfortunately, the gorgeous view of the mountains cannot make up for the shortcomings.

The hotel provided great facilities, including a lovely spa and wellness area. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location, with beautiful scenery and nature close by. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious.

Wow, we had such a perfect city break! The breakfast and dinner were amazing! The chefs really outdid themselves with fresh, delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free pass to the local activities which were all very close by. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, always with a smile and a warm welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with modern amenities. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The only thing we could fault was the restricted opening times of the SPA. We managed to get there once but it would have been lovely to make use of it in the evenings after dinner.
